Q: Why is printing forms taking so long?
A: There is an issue with the recently release
Adobe Reader version 7.x printing to non-postscript
printers.  The work-around is to print the forms
by selecting the "Print as Image" option under the
Advanced tab in the print dialog box.

This should only affect users with Adobe Acrobat 7.x
and certain non-postscript compatible printers.

Q:  I cannot see the right part of my screen. 
A: You must use Screen Resolution size at least 1024X768.

Q: My E-Mail address seems to be corrupted in the Login
A: You need to delete your cookies and restart your browser.

Adobe Acrobat Reader & Browser Information

PRDS Forms Online requires Adobe Acrobat Reader Version 6.x or 7.x or 8x. You can download the free Adobe Acrobat Reader from www.acrobat.com

For full functionality you must use Internet Explorer V5,V6 or V7.

Attention MAC users!

There is no native MAC support available for using PRDS. To successfully use PRDS with a MAC, you must run Windows on your MAC either using "Parallels" or Apple "BootCamp"
